In 1974, Converse released a low-top suede version of the Chuck Taylor All Star, with a single star logo on the side: the One Star sneaker. Reissued in the early 1990s, the design gained popularity in the skateboarding community with a performance overhaul.
Today's One Star Pro offers improved board feel and impact protection with a CONS traction rubber outsole and CX molded sockliner. The low profile adds total flexibility, while a suede upper with rubber support keeps it durable.
